With Basic Swimming & Water Safety skills down, the Intermediate level has a primary focus on students swimming more independently. Swimmers will start developing technique and refining swim strokes. By the end of the level swimmers will be able to swim longer distances and dive down to retrieve toys by themselves, by this stage in your child’s swim journey they will be more than both comfortable and confident in the water, ready to learn the fundamental strokes.
